Before implementing their sustainable logistics roadmap, Royal Canin faced limited visibility in their emission footprint and into alternative solutions. This progress was also made possible through a triangular partnership between Royal Canin, AllChiefs, and Smart Freight Centre (SFC). The partnership brought together Royal Canin’s ambition, AllChiefs’ strategic facilitation, and SFC’s training and technical expertise—enabling a well-rounded and impactful transformation process.
