Frequently asked questions

I don’t see all my courses in my profile. Why?

Make sure you are logged into your profile. Enrollments are tied to the account used during purchase. If you have multiple emails, try the one you used to sign up. Additionally, after purchasing a course (especially via Enroll Now, Pay Later), there may be a short delay (a few hours or days) while the order is processed before the course appears in your dashboard. If you still don’t see an enrolled course after payment is confirmed, contact academy@smartfreightcentre.org to verify your enrollment and link it to your account.  When you are enrolled in the course you will receive an email from the Smart Freight Centre Academy confirming your enrollment.

Can I delete or deactivate my accounts?

If you wish to remove your account from the platform, contact the Academy support (academy@smartfreightcentre.org). The Academy can delete your account and data upon request. Be aware that deleting your account will also remove your course history and certificates from the system. Always save any certificates or records before requesting deletion.

Can I merge duplicate accounts?

Yes. If you accidentally created multiple accounts using different emails, our team can merge them into a single profile so that all your enrollments and certificates appear together. Reach out to academy@smartfreightcentre.org for assistance

How can I download my certificates again?

Once you have completed a course you can access your certificate by navigating to the 'certificate' or 'feedback and certificate' section of the course. Once your course access expires you will no longer be able to access your certificate. Please bear this in mind. Note your course access: Self-paced e-learning: 6 months | Live-Virtual training: 12 months

Can multiple users share one account?

No. For data privacy, certification, and learning tracking purposes, each user must have their own individual account
