This course is dedicated to the hands-on implementation of sustainable practices in the logistics procurement process. Designed to be action-oriented and interactive, the workshop provides real-world examples of sustainable procurement in practice. Participants will engage in the concrete application of concepts and standards introduced in the course Introduction to Sustainable Procurement.
Drawing from the Sustainable Logistics Playbook this training focuses on the practical, real-world implementation of a sustainable logistics procurement strategy. 
Developed and delivered in partnership with Implement Consulting Group this course is a highly interactive, hands-on process that allows you to dive into the practical considerations and opportunities for decarbonizing your logistics through procurement. 

Throughout this training, you will develop your strategy document which means you leave with a plan in addition to the skills and knowledge required to implement it.
