Why This Course Matters

This live, virtual training series focuses on the calculation and reduction of emissions in maritime transportation from a holistic perspective that takes into account emissions accounting, alternative fuels, and IMO / EU regulations.

This live, virtual training series is for sustainability, logistics and accounting professionals who need to decarbonize their maritime logistics. This course covers the application of the ISO 14083 standard, the GLEC Framework, and Market Based Measures, Book and Claim to maritime emissions accounting. In this 3 part training series, you will also cover the adoption of SMF (Sustainable Marine Fuel), the role of primary data in maritime emission calculation and reporting, and the development of maritime decarbonization targets in line with global IMO regulations.
